The reason why you are here, in this wonderfully relaxing hypnotic session. And while you are pondering these thoughts, simply allow my voice to flow over your very same thoughts. The very thought that is occurring right now in your mind ... feel my voice flowing over every aspect of thought... slowly... warmly.

When you was growing up, these types of 'games' were quite popular at pajama parties, with lots of teasing and chanting going on, and it was always kind of fun. In this program, you have edited it down to a spiritual and relaxing experiment that you can explore in your own space.

You will need a 30 minute slot of time, a quiet and non-interrupted environment, a pad of paper and a writing instrument. whatever it is that you wish to write during this session is absolutely fine. you prefer a sharpened pencil during the writing trance sessions, but you can choose whichever writing instrument that you prefer.

your writing will be carried out without conscious awareness.
after you have completed your exercise, put your writing away in a safe place, and later, after coming out of your trance, you may find solutions or ideas in your own writing to certain issues or questions within your life. you typically like to tuck mine away for some months, and then go back and see if you can recall any ideas or inspiration from the hypnotic writing. The practice is soley yours, therefore please feel free to utilize your writing as an introspective tool within your life whenever you feel the need or desire.

As in life, if something is bothering you, fix it, and it will immediately go away and stop bothering you. It really is a simple resolution and applicable in efficacy throughout your days.
