hello buddy i read your comment i agry with you dear thanx for this information.
The purpose of one-on-one hypnosis sessions is to help you change your beliefs to improve your life. When you have different beliefs, your thoughts, feelings, and behavior change. After your hypnosis session, you will have control over how you think, feel, and behave regarding your issue. You will feel lighter, happier, more relaxed and changed. You will notice a shift in your thinking. What once pained you will seem insignificant because you will be focusing your awareness on what’s possible rather than what is impossible.
Another main reason why people try hypnosis is to tap into their latent creativity and intelligence. Many people are curious about hypnosis and may not have problems to resolve, but they suspect that they have potential which is not being used. Hypnosis is an effective technique for exploring one’s vast intelligence.
Hypnosis for the First Time
Hypnosis has many levels that range from light to deep. Depth is just a metaphor that we can use to speak about hypnosis. For example, you may go “deeper and deeper” into hypnosis. Another way to gauge your experience is to think of hypnotic states as part of a continuum. What this means is that you may reach many different hypnotic states during your session. In other words, you will experience a range of awareness as your session progresses.
Most people reach a mid-level depth during their first hypnosis experience. However, some people go in lightly and others go in deeply during their first session. Regardless of the level you reach, trust that you will go to the level that is appropriate for you. There is no pressure to perform because all you have to do is relax. You already know how to reach hypnotic states because you have been doing it your entire life whether you knew it or not. For example, you reach a state of hypnosis when you daydream, drive a car, read a book, watch a good movie, lie down to rest, etc. Hypnosis feels different to each person. Most people have commented that they feel one or more of the following sensations in hypnosis.
